GLYNTAFF CEMETERY

Many descendants of Daniel and Ann FLETCHER are buried in this cemetery which is near Pontypridd. Here are photographs of headstones where FLETCHERS’ and their families are buried. Take a look!

FLETCHER’S FIELD

We visited the site where Ty Isaf Farm used to be. Daniel and Ann FLETCHER had the farm for many years in the C19th. Some of the farm fields are now used as allotments. The allotments site is now called FLETCHER’S FIELD.

BETHANIA GRAVEYARD

This is the graveyard on the original site of Bethania Methodist Chapel, St. Mellons in Cardiff. Phillip (bapt.1795) and Ann FLETCHER buried their daughter here in 1826 aged two. Take a look!

LYDBROOK, GLOS.

Samuel FLETCHER (b 1844) and his wife Jane moved to Lydbrook from Pontypridd after they were married in 1866. The photographs show their grave in Lydbrook Baptist Chapel graveyard.

All the third cousins in these photos have a common ancestor, ie. Daniel Fletcher (born 1816). Click on the play button on the bottom right of the screen to start the slideshow.
